For more than three decades, Sydney's robust experience on Customer Service in the fields of Agriculture, Livestock and Import/Export had helped him perfected his Customer Service skilld in the Recruitment arena.

Sydney believed that CLS Consulting Ltd, was based upon the philosophy that customer service is top priority. He continued to focus upon customer service in recruitment by finding the best employees for our customers. To do that, he conducts rigid one-on-one interview to ensure that the most qualified workers are placed In the most appropriate jobs, and that they are supported I through their transition into life in Canada. Then, we work with the community of successful placements to establish new leads for qualified candidates, and a support network for new arrivals.

Czarina completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Philippines. She gained her immigration knowledge when she started working as Administrative Assistant with the company in 200g. Her enthusiasm to help more people be able to come to Canada for brighter future for their family based on her own experience as immigrant encouraged her to study in Ashton College in Vancouver, BC and got her Immigration Consultant Diploma with Honors on 2013. She got her license as Immigration Consultant for Canada registered with the immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) in 2014.

Sukhjeet completed her Bachelor's degree in Mathematics with honors from India. She also completed her study in Airline Management in India.

Sukhjeet had been working in an Immigration company in India who processed documents for Canada for more than 6 years before immigrating to Canada in 2011.

Her high interest on Immigration Rules to Canada pave her way to study in Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (C I) E-Academy and got her Immigration Consultant Diploma in 2014. She got her license as immigration Consultant for Canada registered with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) in 2015.

Sukhjeet is also Commissioner for Oaths for the Province of Saskatchewan.
